Lisa began her career in 1989 with Kidder, Peabody & Co., Inc., one of the country’s oldest and largest brokerage firms. At Kidder, Peabody she serviced a diverse clientele that included high net worth individuals, corporations, and money managers and she developed particular expertise in the areas of restricted stock sales and employee stock option transactions. Lisa also spent several years in investment banking at Roth Capital Partners, a leading underwriter of initial public offering of small companies. She was manager of the syndicate desk, overseeing the coordination and execution of these public offerings, which raised over $2 billion in capital. Through these past experiences, Lisa has developed a unique depth of knowledge about the complexities of the financial services industry and an ability to work with a wide variety of client situations.
